Finally it's Saturday again and this means time for a new issue of Stempeleinmaleins. Today we have the lovely Sasibella as our guest again and she has a wonderful tutorial for a baby onesie card for us. Baby cards go all year through!
"This card shape wasn't my idea, I saw it while I was surfing through some US blogs. I didn't find a tutorial for how to make such a card and this is why I wrote one myself.
First take a peace of cardstock in a color of your choice. I used the Scor Pal to get the card's base. The size is 4.5 x 11".
To get the arm and leg cuts I used my Spellbinders. I took the second smallest.
Now use the circle and cut the neck section and cut a half circle out at the side with the folding.
Then cut the leg sections. It should look like this now. My tipp for you -> I take tape to fix the nesting dies. Nothing can get out of place like this while cutting!
Now we can start with the layout. I used a swirl stamp for my card.
Cut the cuffs and glue them onto the sleeves.
That's all. Now you can still add some decoration. I added a little bow and some buttons. I used a normal office punch for the "buttons". With a matching pen I added some accents to the cuffs.
